Responsibility Statement:
The Project Architect – Manager assists the Government's Project Construction Manager in schedule reviews, cost estimating, and constructability reviews. This role is responsible for professional reviews during the Procurement and Construction Phases and managing Project Document Control using E-Builder. The Project Architect – Manager also provides any additional services as required. Federal and historic preservation experience is preferred.
Min Years Experience: 5 years of experience
Min Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or a related field.
Certification:
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Architect (AIA) certification preferred
