Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead project teams from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management tools such as Primavera, estimating software, and PROLOG or E-Builder platforms. A minimum of 10 years of experience in federal and historic renovation projects is required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in federal and historic renovation projects.
Licenses/Certifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (AIA) certification preferred.
PE or AIA requirement waived with 20 years of relevant field experience.
Additional certifications such as CCM, PE, AIA, or equivalent 20 years of field experience are highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in Primavera, estimating software, and PROLOG or E-Builder platforms.
