Location: Washington, D.C.

Responsibility Statement:
The Senior Program Manager oversees the operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects in a program and is responsible for leading, organizing, budgeting, and managing Construction Management Services (CMS) staff within a program. This role involves direct supervision of program execution, staff recruitment and training, providing updates and analysis on program/project status, and ensuring program cost and schedule objectives are met. The Senior Program Manager must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with computer applications related to project management. This is considered a Key Person.

Min Years Experience: 15 years of experience

Min Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or Business Management.

Certification:

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect (AIA) certification preferred
